Chapel-en-le-Frith Mobile Physiotherapy Service is a registered charity which is managed by a team of unpaid volunteers.
Although they work closely with the NHS and receive a small grant they are an entirely independent organisation which depends on voluntary donations for survival.
The charity was launched in 1970 and includes a mobile physiotherapy service to the elderly in rural High Peak towns and villages including the Hope Valley for patients who cannot easily travel to a hospital or clinic for treatment.
